Its golden yellow colour, with its great intensity and purity, immediately catches the eye. The delicate nose reveals aromas of caramelised fruit, such as apricot, quince and mirabelle plum, promising a refined tasting experience. On the palate, its velvety texture is enhanced by hints of peach and rhubarb, resulting in a lovely liveliness. The freshness and assertive character are in perfect balance.
