The colour is a beautiful pale gold. The nose exudes complexity, combining fresh grapes with minerality and woodsy notes. It translates to the palate and the wine offers generous body and texture.The mineral character predominates, with notes of over-ripe fruit (plum and quince) resulting from the superb ripeness of the grapes. Fatness and acidity are in perfect balance.

Winter period (November to March): Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Summer period (April to October): Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
